About CMS Health Initiatives
CMS Health Initiatives provides quality health-related support services to underprivileged, disadvantaged, low socioeconomic status clients in Washington, DC and its surrounding metropolitan area. CMS Health Initiatives is a not for profit organization which was created to meet the educational health needs of the underserved community. CMS Health Initiatives utilizes clinical pharmacists to provide health education, especially medication counseling to the populations most vulnerable to health disparities. The mission is to provide quality health-related support services to underprivileged, disadvantaged, low socioeconomic status clients in Washington, DC and its surrounding metropolitan area. This is accomplished through our partnerships with Community Based Organizations, Governmental Agencies, and the Private Sector.
